Work Package 7: Active and Passive Immunisation
Objectives:
- To create a panel of monoclonal antibodies with different specificities against each of a maximum of five HiRECC-specific surface exposed determinants.
- To demonstrate that passive immunization protects laboratory animals against an experimental infection with HiRECC.
- To demonstrate that active immunization prevents or reduces HiRECC colonization
in experimental animals.
